Founded in 1980, La Tulipe Cosmetiques started with a simple idea: cosmetics that are hypoallergenic that suit the tropical climate. With that purpose in mind, the late Prof. Dr. Indro Handojo, dr, SpPK (KAI, KPT-I), the medical consultant of La Tulipe Cosmetiques, conducted clinical trials and skin patch tests on the initial products. The results were then published in medical and pharmaceutical journals in 1985. The brand name La Tulipe Cosmetiques is taken from the French language. The world knows France as a hub of fashion and beauty. "Tulipe" itself is the name of a beautiful flower that stands up straight (tight) and does not easily wither (wrinkle). That is what La Tulipe Cosmetiques users should expect.
The company that puts pure breathing air into that mask. Lawrence Factor is one of the most recognized names in breathing-air but our expertise doesn't end there. Our products and services are found in a multitude of applications. Just to name a few: in CNGV refueling stations, in aeronautical/space exploration, in scientific laboratories, in missile guidance systems.

Sababay's quality wines are produced in a tropical climate near the equator, which allows the grapes to grow all year round, compared to only once a year harvests in the world's more temperate climates. Thus, "Old World" wines from Europe and "New World" wines from the Americas, Australia and South Africa, are now making room for the "New Latitude" wines, like Sababay, from Asia.
SCUBAPRO first appeared in the scuba diving world in the early 1960s. It was guided by two men, Gustav Valle and Dick Bonin. They brought to the market many innovations for diving that are still being used today. The 1964 catalog featured everything that the diver could want, including regulators, decompressions chambers, and submarines. In 1965 the first version of the Jet fin first appeared. After 40 years the fin is still popular with technical and military divers worldwide and is one of the most copied scuba products ever sold. In 1966 the catalog also added the Automatic Decompression meter, a forerunner of the modern dive computer. Back mount BC's, weight integrated systems, the classic style STAB jacket, and other innovations continued to be introduced throughout the years.
SIPADAN-MABUL RESORT (SMART) is a dive destination resort that began its modest operations back in 1992 and has since grown into a well established and reputable resort as it is today. Blessed with clear waters, typically great visibility and the complete lack of monsoon seasons, the resort fully operates all-year-round with over 100 staff. It is strategically located at the southern tip of Pulau Mabul overlooking the renowned Sipadan Island. The island of Sipadan is touted as one of best and exceptional dive spots in the world and needs little introduction, whilst Mabul island is home to spectacular sites for macro diving. SMART offers choice between land chalets and beautiful top-luxurious Water Bungalows built - as its name indicates - above the clear indigo sea and coral reefs of Mabul. With Ka'andaman Spa added to the resort facilities in 2006, it completes the resort as a perfect haven for visitors. As most of our land chalets have undergone renovation in between 2005 and 2007, projects did not stop there as in 2005 the start of our artificial house reef took off successfully. Michael Aw wrote in Scuba Diver Magazine, 'This system is not only one of the few successful artificial reefs, but it is also the most unique in the world'. SMART has 45 land-based chalets (22 are stand-alone detached chalets and 23 are standard semi-detached chalets) which can accommodate up to 90 guests at any one time. All chalets are built from native materials of Borneo, equipped with mosquito screens, air-conditioning and come with attached bathrooms with hot shower facilities. Other facilities include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi whirlpool spa, large dining hall and bars. For your convenience, a sundry shop sells a range of t-shirts, toiletries, souvenirs and other everyday goods. For your office needs, telephone and fax services are available as well as broadband internet access. A Technical Diving Center (SMART-Tec) offers various services such as Nitrox Air and TDI Certification Courses. An underwater video centre (Treasure Images) provides underwater videography courses and services as well as rental of digital cameras. SMART offers scuba diving courses from beginners to divemaster level certified by PADI and NAUI.
